Whether you prefer to meet face-to-face or from the comfort of home, we offer flexible appointment options to fit your schedule and your needs.

Your biology matters. With GeneSight® testing, we use your genetic profile to help guide medication choices that may work best for you; taking the guesswork out of treatment.

Healing happens through connection. We offer evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and motivational interviewing. These are all tailored to help you build insight and resilience.

We provide care grounded in safety, trust, and empowerment for individuals who have experienced trauma. While we do not currently offer EMDR, our approach is trauma-informed across all services.

Chronic pain and fatigue can deeply affect mood, motivation, and quality of life. We provide evidence-based and holistic strategies to help you manage the emotional and psychological impact of long-term physical symptoms. Our approach focuses on improving functioning, resilience, and overall well-being to help you live meaningfully, with ongoing health challenges.
